NO MORE! I have repeatedly tried there today to be taught better. -But in fact today it happened for the 2nd time in a row that my burger was raw (!) Inside. Unfortunately you cannot post photos here, but I have uploaded one under "Pictures". No matter how fresh the meat may be, raw insides are dangerous to health. -In addition there was a very hard bun, which remained stubborn in a tough duel with a steak knife and did not give way. In short: inedible! -As a last point, I would like to mention that it is against every hygiene rule to wait for customers typing on the cell phone and then go into the kitchen to prepare burgers with the same unwashed bare hands. As beautiful as an open kitchen is, you should be able to handle it. Hygiene and health are so much in focus these days and months that it is incomprehensible to me that people work like that. The desire to support this store in the future has simply passed away.

Just used the delivery service. It went very quickly. Ordered via what's app. Burgers were delicious. Very friendly. Delivered up to the self edge ??

After 45 minutes nobody answered the phone, we just drove there. Because we hadn't pre-ordered, we would be called rudely from the kitchen that it would no longer work, and that 20 minutes before the end of opening hours. A young woman was also very unfriendly when I said you could at least answer the phone and say that no more orders could be taken. Only one employee was kind to me. We went home very hungry. It is OK that nothing was possible for us due to the many orders, but not answering the phone and being treated unfriendly is not a good thing.

You couldn't order anything over the phone because the phone rang, so we went and placed our order. Then drove home again for 45 minutes at the request of the employee. When we came back we were told it would take a few minutes, which wasn't a problem. After 20 minutes we were still standing outside and it seemed that they had just started our order because an employee came out and asked what we would like because something was unfortunately over .... After 25 minutes I went back in and asked how long it was going to take and I was just turned on in an unfriendly manner that it was normal that the meal lasted 45 minutes ... Which is not a problem, but we have already waited 70 minutes ... The citizens were delicious but unfortunately they had everything wrong what we had canceled .. and the dessert was inedible because it was a fried lump ... I'm disappointed it used to be better. The owner should take better care of his staff !!

Incredibly bad experience. Reservation could not be found. My compromise suggestion: take the food home with you. This was discussed first. But then, because of the crowd, they thought better of it. Expulsion. An emergency call was made to the police for this purpose. I was badly offended. The clarification of the two officials revealed that the waitress - probably the daughter of the house - apologized to me. Visibly overwhelmed and absolutely unprofessional. Not recommended if politeness and good behavior are important.

You can expect good food here. For a provincial burger shop, the interior is completely okay.

Despite the changed opening times (recently lunch break) we were allowed to order 10 minutes before lunch and were then allowed to eat outside. We were served more than friendly. We'll be back for sure

A good (Hein) burger of 360 grams with sweet potato fries as a side dish and the ensemble was not disappointing. It was actually a bit too much for me, but with calm and good chewing you can go a long way. It may seem a bit expensive at checkout, but I was even fuller than the other eateries where I've eaten just as much or more recently, so the cost is actually okay in that regard. My table companion also had nothing negative to say, so there will no doubt be a repeat visit in the future.

Unfortunately the meat tasted dry. In addition, it was difficult to chew with smaller solid pieces. Have eaten better cold cheeseburgers at the big M, which is only a tenth of this! Shop was well attended, lots of choices on the menu. The poor quality is apparently not what it is. Still 2 big burger fans lost as customers ....

Again and again very, very tasty, good quality, you will be more than full and the price-performance ratio is not to be used against !! Very good 5 stars

Excellent citizens! The right citizen for every taste. Unfortunately you always have to wait a little longer. So that the starter comes directly with the main course and you don't know where to put all the food at once afterwards

I don't think we've ever eaten burgers that good. German portions, great! The cook is a hero. Restaurant looks bare and shabby, terrace ditto. Service friendly but inattentive. Actually it deserves 3 stars in total, but I made it 4 because of the sublime food. This case could score so much better if the overall picture were right. Come on guys, the basics are there!

Despite the current crisis, you get an answer very quickly. Very nice team. Delivery is also quick. The food was delicious and I would recommend the restaurant at any time. ?

Burgers are amazing

Kind of hard to find, but worth it. Both times I've been were perfect. They speak English and have an English menu. Great service, cool people, beer in the fridge..what else do you want?

Here are always the best burger. The newly introduced homemade lemonades are really delicious. We always like to come back.

Good place to get a burger, good but not great. A traditional cheeseburger tastes nothing like a cheeseburger. The specialties are good, just expect a well done traditional burger.

Gave it a couple try’s... no bueno, maybe we just expected it to be amazing because everyone hypes this place up or maybe it’s just that everyone has different tastes but this place is a hard pass for us. The meat tasted like there was no seasoning on it, the condiments make up for that to an extent. Now they do some good, lots of varieties and the prices are fair.. the portions are huge too but sometimes less is more.

So good! Do not change the burgers ingredients. Eat it as it comes. Trust the cook. I have had what I thought were the strangest combinations of flavors there, but each time it was AMAZING. Also, the sweet potato fries are salty sweet deliciousness. And if you're offered the blueberry ketchup, try it. Your life will be changed! The portions are huge. So even though it is a bit pricy for a burger joint, the fact that these are the best dang strange burgers you'll have plus the great sizes, means it's well worth it!
